Compost Site Grand Opening!

I am happy to announce that the Monument compost site is officially open! It is located on 506 North Jefferson street. Free compost bags are available for drop off. Please sign up here, for access to the site and free drop off bags. To ensure the compost stays fresh, keep your bag of compost in the freezer until that day you plan to drop it off. As a reminder, some of the items you can compost are: kitchen scraps, hair, lawn clippings, tree branches and leaves, paper, boxes, coffee grounds and any natural cotton fabrics.
